Treasure Hunt

Five rowboats of scurvy knaves answered Astute’s booty call recently, setting off to land on Treasure Island (known to the local cannibals as “Bomo”) to raise funds for Julia’s House children’s hospice. Each crew of four was tasked with finding treasures ranging from takeaway menus (the sea makes you mighty hungry) to a single flip-flop (for Peg-Leg Pete), whilst getting locals to perform handstands and Charlie’s Angels poses – and ticking off dozens of venues along the way. 50 pieces of…

Bake Sale

May is going to be a big month for Julia’s House children’s hospice if we’ve got anything to do with it! Already this month we’ve hosted a bake sale and dedicated a Friday mufti day to the cause – bringing us up to £1564.50 already! If all that wasn’t enough, we’ve been running a raffle for the last six weeks which goes on until the end of the month AND we’re offering a paid day off for the person who raises the…

Scivvy Auction

Today we ran our much-anticipated Scivvy Auction in aid of Julia’s House children’s hospice and we are thrilled to say we raised a whopping £1,013.50! Their heroics were upstaged by Mobility’s Shane doing a Beckham and scoring from the halfway line though, and…

Inside Sales Team Raffle Incentive

Apparently, the word ‘Friday’ doesn’t derive from the name of a Norse goddess after all. According to our Inside Sales team, we’re told that it actually derives from “free day” – the day where bosses give their staff free wine, beer, cider, chocs, sweets, and for one lucky individual, headphones. Well, they were so convincing, we had to go along with it…

Network Infrastructure Team Awards

We know when we’re on to a winner, so when we saw the impact and inspiration created by last year’s Network Infrastructure Team Awards, we decided to award them quarterly. Once again there were eight categories – including Most Sales, Hardest Worker, Best New Starter and Best Buddy – all designed to reward excellence, positivity, and consistent quality. Each award was equally hard to judge, such is the high standard within the team, so we would like to offer our…
