Astutians wore stripes with pride this September in support of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and donated £260.60 to Wessex Cancer Trust for their fantastic work improving cancer care throughout Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.
Our hard-working lead generation team deserved a well-earned break and so we so we decided to hire a boat to sail them around Poole Harbour on a beautiful warm summer evening. The on-board bar and BBQ made sure we had more to drink in than just the lovely views, and by the end of the trip we all agreed with Ratty from the Wind in the Willows: “there is nothing – absolutely nothing – half so much worth doing as…
We are very proud to be able to sponsor Astutians who will be taking on the Supersonic 10K at Bournemouth Marathon Festival in October, raising funds for one of our favourite local charities, Julia’s House children’s hospice. Our mufti donation has scooped up £350 to help cheer them on the way!
Here is Astute’s very own Connor, floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee in UWCB last month at the BIC. All of Astute was in his corner and we were proud to donate £388.86 to Cancer Research UK on his behalf.
Our Network Infrastructure team have constantly delivered excellent campaigns – and were rightly rewarded for their performance with a shower of prizes ranging from champagne and giant beers to mini drones! We didn’t forget our USA dialing team, either, with prizes for most sales and most improved. Congratulations to all!
Check out the swag our Inside Sales team scooped up from their raffle incentive – one ticket per lead – an awesome sound bar, chocs, bottles and crates of drink, and Krispy Kreme doughnuts! All topped off with a beach BBQ at the company beach hut. Life’s good at Astute!
We know the way to our Lead Gen team’s hearts alright: food!* We have run a spin-the-wheel incentive for the whole team, with bottles of booze and piles of chocs up for grabs – plus another sub-team incentive for hitting 110% of target, where the winners snagged a free lunch with platters of delicious sandwiches! Free stuff for doing your job – not too shabby! *and booze. Obviously booze.
‘Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May’ – and while we saw our share of thunderstorms last month, the most electrifying sight was watching our darling buds raise a staggering £2,224.90 for Julia’s House children’s hospice. This wonderful charity deserves every penny – raised through mufti days, football, a treasure hunt, car wash, auction, cake sale and raffle – and more. Long may they continue to bring sunshine to young lives shaken by the rough winds of life-threatening and…
