Everybody loves a raffle! None more so than our Mobility & Telecoms Team, who enjoyed a fantastic incentive day with a ticket for every lead gained. The prizes were amazing, ranging from chocolates and scratchcards right up to Sony Blu-Ray players, sound-bars, a Samsung Tablets, a pamper day for two at The Only Way Is Wessex and a meal for two at The Lost Garden Bournemouth . Astute Treasure Hunt

The pirate ship Astute entered port last week, and a dozen longboats raced ashore, landing a ragtag collection of scurvy knaves in Bournemouth town centre. These buccaneers chased around town, following a treasure map of clues, and finally ended up at the mysterious The Lost Garden Bournemouth. 10K Marathon Run for Julias House

Astutians Jack, Gary and Chris ran the Bournemouth Marathon Festival 10k race along with Neil Woods, who also took on the 5k Light Speed event and Half Marathon that same weekend. We are pleased to have been able to raise £260 on their behalves for Julia’s House children’s hospice, helping life-limited children and their families in Dorset and Wiltshire. Astute’s social calendar has really gone to the dogs! Our latest event saw 62 Astutians go to Poole Greyhounds for an evening of drinks, excitement, more drinks, and the chance to stray onto the track and meet the athletes afterwards. The whole group was a little husky from shouting on their favourites by the end… All in all, another great night out from Astute!
